Covid Relief: Details and Social Media to Amplify

Hi all,

As you may have seen, the Covid relief package passed the Senate on Saturday after an all night voting session! It included the priorities we've been pushing for--the same priorities that were included in the House bill:
 

-$100 million for environmental justice monitoring and grants, cutting pollution and saving lives both during the pandemic and in the future

-$4.5 billion for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

-$500 million for drinking water and wastewater needs

-$30 billion to keep public transit systems running

If you want to see more details on the package as a whole, read here. Rather than going to a conference committee between the two chambers, the House is planning to pass the Senate version tomorrow so that President Biden can sign it yet this week.
